Some people are programmed to be super sensitive to the healthy compounds found in vegetables, describing them as having an unpleasant, bitter taste. For whatever reason a person chooses to hate vegetables, it’s important to find ways to make them more palatable to the tastebuds. 1 jar (15oz.) Patak’s tikka masala tangy lemon and cilantro cooking sauce
1lb. cooked turkeyletlovers, cut into bite-size pieces (about 31/2 cups)
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Cilantro optional
1. Cook rice according to package directions. Wrap naan in foll and warm in toaster oven.
